Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using standard shipping and will be 5-7 business days. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped for you to track your order.

COVID 19 UPDATE:

Due to the United States being affected by the Pandemic, some shipments may be delayed, please allow for an additional 3 business days to contact us about any orders that haven't been received by the anticipated date of delivery. We are doing out best to get all orders to customers within the promised time frame.

Return & Exchange Policy

Xclusive Deesigns doesn't offer any refunds or exchanges. We take pride in making sure all orders are accurate, and will correct ay mistakes made on our end. Before ordering please make sure you have selected the correct order options.
